What We Offer
Kids Jiu Jitsu
Our Kids Jiu Jitsu program helps children build confidence, discipline, focus, and self-defense skills in a safe and supportive environment. Each program develops three key pillars: physical and motor skills through age-appropriate techniques, behavioral growth tracked through colored stripes, and ethical development through discussions of our core virtues: courage, temperance, justice, and wisdom. Students selected for the Competition Team continue training with their age group while adding focused tournament preparation.
Adult Jiu Jitsu
New students begin with a scheduled, free Intro Class designed to build comfort and answer every question before joining a group class. Experienced practitioners coming from another school can request a free trial class instead. From there, progression is based on class attendance and instructor recommendation — not subjective opinion — and is tracked in real time through the academy's app. Programs range from Fundamentals through Advanced, with a dedicated Diamonds (Women's only) class, plus competition team and private lessons available for students who want to go further.
Competition Team
The competition team is selective: students are chosen by their instructor based on skill, interest, and readiness. Both the student and their family (for youth athletes) must demonstrate genuine commitment, as training sessions focus specifically on tournament preparation alongside — not instead of — regular class attendance.
Private Lessons
Not every student's goals or schedule fit neatly into group classes — and private lessons are built for exactly that. Each 1 hour session is fully personalized: an instructor works one-on-one with the student on whatever matters most to them, whether that's preparing for a belt exam, refining a specific technique, building competition strategy, or simply progressing faster with individual attention. Private Lessons are available as single sessions, multi-lesson packages, or recurring monthly plans, and can complement group classes or stand alone for students who prefer or need one-on-one training. Every private student is tracked in the Alliance app just like every other student, so private training still counts toward overall belt and stripe progress.

We suggest wearing comfortable athletic clothing. For martial arts, a uniform is required and can be purchased directly from us.

Absolutely! Parents are welcome to watch classes. We want you to stay connected to your child’s martial arts progress.

We offer classes for children, teens, and adults, starting as young as 3.5 years old.
How do you ensure the safety of the students?
Student safety is one of our top priorities. All instructors have undergone background checks and are CPR certified. Our coaching team is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive training environment for every student.
